Stop trying too hard to find love

After a new year begins, many singles wonder if this is the year “it” will happen. Running out of patience, they put pressure on themselves to get out there in an attempt to force love into their lives. It is a natural reaction for people to want to connect with others because we need each other. Sometimes the need becomes desperation and the single person tries too hard to attract their mate.

Many people talk about the law of attraction, but there is another law that is often forgotten — the law of reverse effect. The more your conscious try to do something, the more the subconscious resists. Ever try to remember a name and as you try to concentrate on remembering the name, your mind becomes blank? This is the law of reverse effect in action. The reason this occurs is that you are not focused on the solution, but on the problem or current situation wishing it was different. By focusing on the problem, it persists.

The antidote to the law of reverse effect is to relax. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to relax the mind and imagine your desired outcome. You can let go of how your ideal mate shows up and when, but keep your attention on success. When you give yourself the space to allow love to come in, your dream partner will flow to you effortlessly. Having a relaxed state of mind with complete faith that you achieve your goals, you will be more attractive to the opposite sex and love will find you.
