Sizing Up in Dating

In all areas of life, but especially in dating, women are always sizing themselves up to the crowd. Who is the skinniest, who is the prettiest, who is the most successful in the room? We constantly compare ourselves to everyone else, wondering if we measure up. Mostly we put ourselves on an invisible "attractiveness scale" based on what we witness in others. This is especially true when we accidently run into his ex-girlfriend or ex-wife.

This activity is futile because everyone’s opinion is subjective and there is no real scale. So, before you post your photo on the Am I hot or not? site to see if you measure up, remember that the only real measurement of your beauty and attractiveness is within you. You are the one who decides how to feel about yourself. By changing core beliefs in your subconscious mind, your true gorgeous self will be able shine out for everyone to see, including you.
