Weight Loss

Since food is a part of your everyday activity and the behaviors may have been established at birth, I require at least three sessions just to get started my weight loss program. Depending on the amount of weight you would like to lose and your discipline to stick to the program, you may want to consider the 6 or 9 session packages.

I will provide self-hypnosis programs to use at home to help you stay on your regimen. My philosophy is that dieting is not the answer. I believe lifetime behavioral changes will keep the weight off forever. Most of my weight loss clients experience immediately shifts in behavior after the first session.

What success will you have? Those who put 100% into this work will see results. I give 110% and the client is the other side of that equation. Your commitment to listen to the CD programs (every day) and be conscious of your choices will increase your success. Hypnosis is not magic, but a unique tool to change eating behaviors. We work through the same blocks that you had previously with other weight loss programs. I am commited to help you identify where you stop and get you back on track so that you can create the body your love!

This is different from any other weight loss program because you will not only have the opportunity to lose your weight, you will increase self-esteem, improve personal relationships and resolve many other core issues. Many of my clients tell me that my program had changed their life.

Stop Smoking

I have developed a process so that people can quit smoking in one session. The session is approximately two hours. I do an in-depth interview on your smoking history and coach you on how to become a successful non-smoker forever. My program includes a self-hypnosis program to reinforce the session at home. My success rate is 90 percent after the first session, depending on the client’s ability to give up smoking as way to cope with life issues.

My smoking package includes the 2-hour session, Smoking Freedom self-hypnosis CD. There are some cases that require two sessions because of other issues in the client’s life that prevent them from being completely ready to kick the habit. The follow-up session is discounted from my normal rate. The session is very relaxing, no speaking required and the process allows you to unlock any blocks keeping you from quitting. Most clients report they have no withdrawal symptoms and feel as if they just forgot to smoke.

Sessions and Pricing
Sessions are 75 minutes in length over the phone. Each session starts with a goal for the call, coaching around that goal and, if appropriate, a hypnosis exercise. I offer a three-pack and six-pack of session for special discounts. Each session includes an mp3 download hypnosis programs for support in between calls. Sessions may include live hypnosis to catapult you forward in the direction mutually agreed upon. This powerful and unique combination of coaching and hypnosis is NOT THERAPY, but an empowering system to get the results you desire at a faster rate.
